A Device for Profiling and Identifying an Oligonucleotide
The present invention relates to a device for profiling 5 and identifying a sample of an oligonucleotide. The device profiles the oligonucleotide based on its electronic properties, wherein the electronic properties refer to electronic parameters of a Schottky diode formed by the oligonucleotide. The device comprises of a first electrode and a second electrode disposed on a substrate, and a source measure unit.
