The present invention provides an improved ultrasonic bending fatigue test apparatus for metals, the apparatus includes: a) a generator; b) a data converter which connected to both generator and oscilloscope; c) measuring and control units; d) a base; wherein the measuring and control units collaboratively includes a piezoelectric or magnetostrictive transducer, a mechanical amplification transducer (ultrasonic horn), and a pair of connection grips.
