The present invention relates to a foldable mobile planar display board comprising of: a panel board includes a pair of parallel vertical column, wherein the said board is coupled to the column and said board is coupled to a pair of parallel horizontal support frame fixed with a pair of fasteners, wherein a plurality of panel board adjacently connected using a plurality of hinges for folding and unfolding means and a pair of lock means; A base includes a pair of wheels coupled to the vertical base support frame; An elongated member extended upright from the base support frame, wherein said member is fastened to said support frame forming a vertical column; characterised in that: A retractable rod supported with an L-shape bracket, is mounted on to the top layer of the panel board, extending horizontally and perpendicularly from the panel board, a layer of canvass affixed along the said rod forming an awning means.
