TINJAUAN TEKNOLOGI

A method of producing a dye sensitised solar cell, characterised by heating and stirring a gelatinised starch solution containing an iodide salt to obtain a polymer mixture; adding ionic liquid into the polymer mixture to form a polymer electrolyte; stirring the polymer electrolyte for a minimum of eight hours; casting and drying the polymer electrolyte to form a polymer electrolyte film; and placing the polymer electrolyte film between a dye sensitised photo-electrode and a counter electrode.
