A System And Method For Cleaning A Solar Panel

The present invention relates to a system and method for cleaning a solar panel. The system is configured to monitor the solar panel's performance in energy production and identify any performance degradation primarily caused by surface contamination, such as the accumulation of dust, debris, or particulate matter on the solar panel's surface. Upon identification of such degradation, the system is configured to initiate a cleaning cycle to remove the contaminants by directing a controlled fluid flow onto the affected surface. The system is also configured to administer a protective coating to enhance the surface of the solar panel. The system includes a processing device, a source tank, a cleaning agent reservoir, a fluid distribution panel, the solar panel, and a plurality of sensor devices.
