More p articularly, the present invention relates to an immunodiagnostic assay kit for detecting snake venom antigen comprising an assay plate; a positive control solution; a plurality of detection solutions; a wash solution; and a chromogenic solution. The present invention further provides a method of using thereof. The immunodiagnostic assay kit is suitable for use in remote location as it comprises the essential comp onents for snake venom analysis. Furthermore, the assay plate comprises a positive control well and a negative control well for improved reliability and accuracy of results.
