Data aggregation using Mash-up

The present invention discloses an aggregating device for a search engine-based data mash-up of medical informatics research activity comprises: a gathering module, configured to gather requirements of an user; an obtaining module, configured to obtain a suitable mash-up editor from a plurality of mash-up applications stored in a memory according to the requirements; a data source filtering module, configured to filter trusted data sources from a plurality of data sources stored in the memory; an application program interface (API) registering module, configured to register an API; a source aggregating module, configured to aggregate the selected trusted data sources to be a created application through the registered API and the obtained suitable mash-up editor; and a presentation layer defining module, configured to define the presentation layer for displaying the created application.
