Electrical Discharge Machining head Assembly

The present invention relates to an electrical discharge machining head assembly operatively associated with an electrical discharge machining device for performing electrical discharge machining. The electrical discharge head assembly comprising a bracket configured to snuggly sandwiching a hollow shaft connected to a pneumatic hose at one end, wherein the one end of the pneumatic hose and the hollow shaft is securely fitted by a pneumatic fitting. The present invention further comprises a hollow electrode connected to the another end of the hollow shaft held in place by a pin chuck, wherein the hollow shaft is configured to deliver dielectric liquid through the pneumatic hose to the electrode for use in electrical discharge machining.
