Emulsion composition with improved stability

The present invention relates to an oil-in-water emulsion composition, and more particularly an oil-in-water emulsion composition which containing alkyl maltoside glicolipids in mixture of water and paraffin oil at a ratio of about 2:8 to produce a base cream which is proven to be more stable. The emulsion composition according to the present invention may contain polyethylene glycol (PEG) and titanium dioxide (Ti02) in an essential amount to form a composition useful in cosmetic and dermatology and hygiene as a base for cleaning products for the skin, hair, mucous membrane and scalp.
