Immunogenic Polypeptides of Burkholderia Pseudomallei and Serodiagnosis of Melioidosis

The present invention discloses a novel combination of recombinant immunogenic polypeptides consists of: BPSS1904 (SEQ ID NO: 1) and BPSL3130 (SEQ ID NO: 2) for use as antigens for serodiaghosis of melioidosis. The present invention is able to help in serologic diagnosis of melioidosis in a high accuracy and high reliability way.
