Inducible PMT-GFPLABIAL vector and its uses thereof

TINJAUAN TEKNOLOGI

The present invention disclosed a pMT-GFPLabial plasmid that is able to induce expression of Labial-Green Fluorescent Protein (labial-GFP) tagged fusion protein. The pMT-GFPLabial plasmid is a 6.1 kb expression vector designed for use with the Drosophila insect cell lines. Upon transfection, the vector allows transient, inducible expression of labial-GFP tagged proteins in Drosophila cells.
