The invention relates to an oligonucleotide primer set comprising: an inner primer set compr ising a primer consisting of a nucleotide sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO. 1 and a primer consisting of a nucleotide sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO. 2; and an outer primer set comprising a primer consisting of a nucleotide sequence as set forth in S EQ ID NO. 3 and a primer consisting of a nucleotide sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO. 4; wherein the oligonucleotide primer set is suitable for amplification of a nucleic acid with a loop mediated isothermal amplification method.
