A Performance Monitoring System

A performance monitoring system for a 3 phase induction motor is provided, characterized in that, the system includes a central supervisor module (CSS) wirelessly connectible to motor control unit, wherein the performance of the induction motor is connectible to wireless sensor networks (WSN), and the CSS is also connectible to wireless sensor networks (WSN) such that a voltage sensor measures an inverter's direct voltage, and a current sensor on the inverter's de side measured de current, wherein the motor control unit further includes inverter, gate driver, and speed sensor for closed-loop control application, wherein data acquisition element is interfaceable to a micro computer.
