The present invention relates to a photovoltaic panel, more particularly the present invention relates to a photovoltaic thermal-phase change material (PVT-PCM) collector, comprising an assembly of a photovoltaic collector panel for harnessing solar energy and converting the solar energy into electrical energy and thermal energy, wherein the photovoltaic thermal collector panel is configured with a phase change material for storing and releasing thermal energy.
