A system for connecting beams and columns, comprising at least one beam further connectable to another beam or column or at least one column further connectable to another beam or column. The beam comprises at least one protruding plate protruding from at least one terminal end of the beam wherein the protruding plate is embedded in the beam and further connectable to another beam or another column. The column comprises at least one hollow section protruding from at least one terminal end of the column wherein the hollow section is embedded in the column and is matingly engageable with another hollow section of another column.
