An In-Pipe Hydropower Generator

The present invention relates to an in-pipe hydropower generator comprising a main channel, a plurality of gate valves, a pressure meter, characterised by a power generation channel positioned within the main channel for diverting inflow liquid from said main channel, said power generation channel having a nozzle to pressurize said inflow fluid, a vertical turbine operatively coupled to said power generation channel, and wherein said vertical turbine comprising a plurality of blades positioned across said power generation channel and contacting with said pressurized inflow water for power generation.
