Digital Radiation Dosimeter

The present invention provides a digital dosimeter for measuring radiation using semiconductor detector such as RADFET comprising of an alarm means wherein to alert the user of exceeded threshold radiation level, an USB interface wherein to enable the resetting of threshold radiation level via a computer and a wireless transceiver wherein enables remote monitoring of multiple dosimeters. If the signal voltage exceeded the pre-set threshold radiation level for more than 15 seconds, the programmable IC will trigger the alarm means to notify the dosimeter user to leave the hazardous area.
