The present invention provides a fretting load measuring device for rotating bending type fretting fatigue test machine, the fretting measuring device includes: a) a fretting ring; b) a loading means , wherein the loading means is a pair of biasing means or springs configured to apply load or pressure; c) an electrical rotating connector; and d) a chuck for work piece or specimen clamping; wherein the fretting ring collaboratively includes a pair of fretting pads, each of which is connected to an adjustable load, such that the fretting pads enable to be adjusted to revolve ably clutch a loading specimen by adjusting the adjustable load.
