Inducible PMT-GFPUBX vector and its uses thereof

TECHNOLOGY OVERVIEW

The present invention disclosed a pMT-GFPUbx plasmid which is able to induce expressions of Ultrabithorax-Green Fluorescent Protein (Ubx-GFP) tagged fusion protein. The pMT-GFPUbx is a 5.3kb expression vector designed for use with the Drosophila insect cell lines. Upon transfection, the vector allows transient, inducible expression of Ubx-GFP tagged proteins in Drosophila cells.
