The present invention relates to a turning transfer device, comprising: a rotatable platform; a base secured beneath the rotatable platform; characterised by: a shaft mounted on the base; a handrail connected to an elongated bar, said elongated bar being slidably engaged with the shaft; and fastening means for adjustably securing the elongated bar to the shaft.
