Containment Barrier Assembly For Use In Aerosolized Generating Procedure

The present invention discloses a containment barrier assembly for use in an aerosolized generating procedure. The assembly comprises a trapezoidal-shaped receptacle comprising a first opposing side wall, a second opposing side wall, an end wall and a transverse wall forming a cavity for receiving a subject in bed; a filtration member comprising a high efficiency particular air, HEPA, filter and a suction fan; a magnetic mounting member comprising a first magnet element disposed at the filtration member and a second magnet element disposed at a hole opening formed on the said second opposing side wall for sealingly coupling the filtration member to the said hole opening; and a portable holding post comprising a structural support for adjustably holding the filtration member at variable heights relative to the said trapezoidal-shaped receptacle.
